The part to buy
A U-system stout coupler with a 1/2 BSP (13/16-14) beer port takes a 13/16-14 to 7/8-14 adapter so standard 5/8 BSP hardware and a stout faucet line thread on. The gas side still runs on beer-gas, not straight CO2.
Two things to get right on a U setup: the port may be 13/16-14 needing this adapter, and the gas must be beer-gas for a proper nitro pour. Check the port thread and the gas source; the fitting alone will not fix a keg poured on the wrong gas.
