Connect Sanke S coupler (European Sankey) to Sanke U coupler (Guinness / nitro)

Not compatible. Sanke S coupler (European Sankey) and Sanke U coupler (Guinness / nitro) do not share a mating thread, so there is no adapter between them; fit the part that matches your hardware.

The part to buy
The S coupler taps many European imports such as Heineken, Beck's and Stella, while the U coupler taps Guinness, Kilkenny, Harp and Murphy's nitro kegs. The probes and keg valves differ, so an S coupler will not tap a U keg or the reverse.
Guinness and other nitro stouts specifically want the U coupler and a beer-gas source, not straight CO2. Identify the beer, then pick S, U, A, G, M or D to match; the 5/8 BSP line side is the same on all of them.
