The two ends

End A
90 degree elbow tailpiece (5/8" G nut x 5/16" barb)
End B
5/16" barb (gas) (5/16" hose barb)
A seals on
flat washer against the shank or coupler face; barb under a worm clamp
B seals on
barb ridges plus a worm clamp on the hose
Part needed
none, direct fit

A 90 degree elbow tailpiece with a 5/16 barb takes gas or beer line and turns it through a right angle under a worm clamp. It is the compact alternative to a straight tailpiece where a wall or keg is close behind.

The elbow seals on a washer at its 5/8 G nut and on a clamp at the barb. Point the barb where the line needs to run before you tighten the nut, because once the washer is compressed you do not want to keep spinning it.
