Connect Sanke D coupler (American Sankey) to Sanke S coupler (European Sankey)
How to join type D, G5/8 ports and type S, slider, and what stops it leaking.
Not compatible. Sanke D coupler (American Sankey) and Sanke S coupler (European Sankey) do not share a mating thread, so there is no adapter between them; fit the part that matches your hardware.

The part to buy
A Sanke D and a Sanke S coupler are not interchangeable at the keg: the probe and keg valve differ, so a D coupler will not tap an S keg or the reverse. There is no adapter between the heads; you fit the coupler that matches the keg's origin.
The line side is identical, both dispense through 5/8 BSP ports, which fools people into thinking the heads swap. They do not at the keg valve. Identify the keg by brand and region, then choose D, S, A, G, M or U to match.
