Connect Sanke D coupler (American Sankey) to KeyKeg (DSI) coupler
How to join type D, G5/8 ports and KeyKeg / DSI head, and what stops it leaking.
Not compatible. Sanke D coupler (American Sankey) and KeyKeg (DSI) coupler do not share a mating thread, so there is no adapter between them; fit the part that matches your hardware.

The part to buy
American Sanke D taps the majority of US kegs (Budweiser, Coors, Sierra Nevada and most US craft), while a KeyKeg needs its own KeyKeg or DSI coupler. They are different keg valves, so the D coupler and the KeyKeg coupler are not interchangeable at the keg.
Match the head to the keg by brand and format, not by guessing. A US craft keg in a steel Sanke body wants a D coupler; the same brand shipped in a recyclable KeyKeg wants a KeyKeg coupler. Confirm the packaging before ordering.
