The beer-out of a Sanke D coupler carries a 1/4 barb (fitting 3/16 ID line), so vinyl beer line pushes on under a worm clamp straight to a picnic tap or a shank tail. It is the simplest, cheapest way to pour off a commercial keg.

The beer barb is 1/4 and the gas barb is 5/16, deliberately different so the lines are hard to swap. Match 3/16 or 1/4 ID beer line to the beer barb and clamp it; an unclamped barb blows off the moment you tap the keg.
