Connect KeyKeg (DSI) coupler to Duotight 9.5mm push-in
How to join KeyKeg / DSI head and 9.5 mm (3/8") OD, and what stops it leaking.
Not a direct fit. Joining KeyKeg (DSI) coupler to Duotight 9.5mm push-in needs a Duotight 9.5mm to 5/8 BSP fitting (onto the KeyKeg coupler beer port).
The two ends
- End A
- KeyKeg (DSI) coupler (KeyKeg / DSI head)
- End B
- Duotight 9.5mm push-in (9.5 mm (3/8") OD)
- A seals on
- flat washer on each threaded dispense port
- B seals on
- double EPDM O-ring on the tube outer wall
- Part needed
- Duotight 9.5mm to 5/8 BSP fitting (onto the KeyKeg coupler beer port)
The part to buy
A Duotight 9.5mm to 5/8 BSP fitting screws onto the KeyKeg coupler's 5/8 BSP beer-out port and takes EVABarrier 9.5mm push-in line, running a KeyKeg on the same push-in line as any corny or Sanke setup.
Size the fitting on your tube, not the coupler. The port is 5/8 BSP whatever your line is; a 9.5mm body will not accept 8mm tube, so match the push-in size to the line you run.
