Used on: several English ales and Carlsberg-family kegs (confirm by brand and region).
The G, or Grundy, coupler taps a group of British and some Danish kegs. Brand-to-system mapping shifts by importer and region, so confirm with the distributor. The dispense side is still 5/8 BSP, so the line connects like every other coupler once the head is right.
Flare fittings seal on the 45 degree flare face and must never be taped. Push-in fittings seal on an O-ring against the tube wall and need the tube cut square. Barbs seal under a worm clamp. Getting the sealing method right matters more than the thread label, because most homebrew leaks are a taped flare or an unclamped barb.
