Connect Cornelius corny keg post to Cornelius pin-lock keg post
How to join 19/32"-18 UNF and 19/32"-18 UNF (both posts), and what stops it leaking.
Not compatible. Cornelius corny keg post and Cornelius pin-lock keg post do not share a mating thread, so there is no adapter between them; fit the part that matches your hardware.

The part to buy
A Cornelius ball-lock and a Cornelius pin-lock keg share the same 19/32-18 post thread into the lid, but the posts are not interchangeable because the ball-lock post is made for a snap-over disconnect and the pin-lock post carries locating pins. Same thread, different head geometry.
You cannot turn a pin-lock keg into a ball-lock keg just by swapping poppets. It needs the matching ball-lock posts and disconnects, sometimes a conversion kit. The shared thread is what makes the swap possible at all, but the post itself must change.
