Connect Cornelius pin-lock keg post to Firestone pin-lock keg post
How to join 19/32"-18 UNF (both posts) and gas 9/16"-18, liquid 5/8"-18, and what stops it leaking.
Not compatible. Cornelius pin-lock keg post and Firestone pin-lock keg post do not share a mating thread, so there is no adapter between them; fit the part that matches your hardware.

The part to buy
Cornelius pin-lock kegs use 19/32-18 on both posts, while Firestone pin-lock kegs use 9/16-18 on the gas post and 5/8-18 on the liquid post. The threads differ by maker and, on Firestone, by post, so there is no cross adapter; you fit the post that matches the keg body.
The pin-lock disconnect drops over either post from the outside, which hides the thread difference. Identify the keg maker, and on Firestone the gas versus liquid post, before ordering a replacement post or poppet.
