A 3/8 push-fit to 3/8 BSP stem adapter is one part: a push-fit collet for 3/8 tube on one end and a 3/8 BSP male thread on the other. It fits the smaller BSP thread found on some UK shanks and inline taps directly, no reducer between them.
Check whether your shank is 5/8 BSP or 3/8 BSP before buying. They look similar in a listing but a 3/8 stem will spin loose in a 5/8 shank. Measure or ask, then match the adapter thread.
