Connect CGA-580 nitrogen / beer-gas cylinder valve to W21.8 CO2 cylinder valve
How to join 0.965"-14 NGO RH and W21.8-14 (DIN 477 / BS 341 No.8), and what stops it leaking.
Not compatible. CGA-580 nitrogen / beer-gas cylinder valve and W21.8 CO2 cylinder valve do not share a mating thread, so there is no adapter between them; fit the part that matches your hardware.

The part to buy
CGA-580 is the North American nitrogen and beer-gas connection and W21.8 is a European CO2 cylinder connection, so they are neither the same gas nor the same thread and do not interchange. There is no sensible adapter between them; match the regulator to both the gas and the region.
Two things differ at once here, the gas and the region, so cross-adapting is a bad idea. Confirm both the cylinder standard and the gas, then fit the correct regulator rather than stacking adapters that leak and can feed the wrong gas.
