Used on: the beer-out side of a ball-lock corny keg on 9.5mm line, common for longer UK beer runs.
The 9.5mm integrated liquid disconnect takes EVABarrier 6.3mm ID x 9.5mm OD line straight into the black ball-lock body, no flare step. It will not accept 8mm line, so match the disconnect size to your beer line, and keep it on the liquid post since it is keyed to that side.
Flare fittings seal on the 45 degree flare face and must never be taped. Push-in fittings seal on an O-ring against the tube wall and need the tube cut square. Barbs seal under a worm clamp. Getting the sealing method right matters more than the thread label, because most homebrew leaks are a taped flare or an unclamped barb.
