The part to buy
A Duotight 8mm to 1/4 FFL fitting presents a female flare, so it screws onto the male flare tail of a ball-lock or pin-lock disconnect and takes 8mm push-in line on the other end. This is the most common way to put EVABarrier onto a corny keg disconnect.
Check whether your disconnect tail is male (MFL) or female. Most disconnects have an MFL tail, which needs this FFL-ended fitting. Buying the MFL-ended version by mistake gives you two males that will not join.
